At O'Neill UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returning items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix your generated return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and processed your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 working days.
